How many retries to IPC Unigy session when the disconnection occurrs.

In the case of IPC Unigy VoIP recording environment, how many retries set on VFC if there is an error on the Monitor Refresh request on 1 attempt same session ID?
I checked the "Unified Call Recorder"-"Recording Providers"-"IPC Unigy" sections.
However, I found "CDR/Agent Event Subscription Keepalive" and "Agent State Polling Period", but not the parameter that determines the number of retries.
