The playback time is depends on the storage platform where the calls are stored, the type of the call (trader voice model or standard model) and the length of the call.
For locally stored calls (either on the Verba Media Repository server's local disk, or a local Network Storage) the playback is faster than a cloud storage.
The length of the call is proportionate with the time required for the preparation of the playback (e.g. creating the waveform)
If the call was placed on a turret, the trader voice data model takes additional time to stitch the media for the specific playback session.
