VFC Support Expiration

What is the impact when system reaches support expiration date, and how is this updated? (VFC v9.5.3)

    Hi Derek,

    The system will show a notification that the support is about to expire or has already expired in your Verba system. This does not impact the core functionality of the recording system, but should you run into any problems or issues, the support team would not be able to help you or provide issue resolution until the support contract with Verint/Verba is renewed.

    Regarding the renewal of the support contract, if you have received the original production license directly from Verint/Verba, you need to reach out for a renewal quote to the regional renewal team or the sales manager handling your account. If you have received the license through a partner, you can reach out to them, and they will handle the renewal process for you.
