Desktop Agent can not pause while screen recording


I could not pause and resume while screen recording.

But start and stop API work.

Could you figure it out what happened?

BTW, after recording stop, the record did not upload to server.Verba

    Hi Su,

    You are trying to pause the recording by the recording popup, right? Please check the following setting:
    Desktop Agent->Basics->Enable Call Muting
    For the upload, please make sure that the Verba Storage Management service is running, and check the following settings:
    Storage Management->Storage Targets->Media Repository Local Disk->Media Repository IP Address or Hostname

    I tried to follow these settings and restart, but I still could not pause and upload recording files.
