10 digit vs 4 digit exts

Is there a way we can insert our users extensions using with 4 digit extension only?

We have noticed that some calls are not recorded unless the full 10 digit number is configured in Verba while other locations/phone require the 4 digit ext to be configured for Verba to pick up the call.

 

Can you please give some insight on how to resolve this issue?

    Hi Ryan,

    This is not a Verba side setting, it depends on the phone system side. I guess you are using some kind of caller/callee number transformation.
