How can I add metadata to a conversation with the HTTP API?

We have a desktop application for our agents. I found that your application has an HTTP API. Could you please provide guidance on how to use your API?

How can we authenticate with the API and how can we use the requests?

    Our HTTP API has a user-based authentication. The user has to be a System Supervisor and System Administrator which roles are providing the necessary access to our entities in our database. More information on API Authentication can be found in our Knowledge Base.

    First of all, if you want to add data to a call you have to gather the call identifier (Call ID) with the GetCallID API call
    This will provide ID for active or archived calls based on extension and time frame parameters.

    If you have the call identifier, you can attach metadata to an active or already archived call with the AttachMetadata API call
    The attach metadata has a prerequisite that you should have predefined metadata template
