UCCE integration

We are using Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise and we would like to use interoperability with Verba. 

We would like to automatically synchronize additional data from the UCCE and assign it to the corresponding conversation in Verba.

    Our team is working on this idea. We are planning to release a related feature by the end of 2016 in version 8.9.
