Cisco Call Manager and Verba
Hi , I have a question regarding verba recordings. The issue I am having is there is a DN which is setup to have all the calls coming on that DN get recorded and stored on a verba server. Now if 1 call is made everything works fine, but as soon as secondary calls come in on that same line that secondary call does not get recorded. I need some assistance in finding out if there is settings that could be changed to resolve my issue.
