When click on the start silent monitoring button the audio doesn't start.
- Verba Unified Media Codec is not installed on the monitoring PC
- Firewall configuration issue on recording server. May be the recorder server is not able to capture the call's media initially because
- You have to install the Verba Unified Media Codec on that PC where the monitoring will be used. Please follow the instruction on our knowledge base: http://kb.verba.com/display/docs/Installing+Verba+Unified+Media+Codec
- If the recording server is not able to capture the media it won't be able to provide that to the web application for silent monitoring. Please check the firewall configuration article in our knowledge base: http://kb.verba.com/display/docs/Firewall+configuration or turn off the firewall fully on the recording server if possible.
