Symptom
You see Internet information Server showing an error when you open the Verba web application in your browser.
Root cause
Most likely Microsoft ISS is installed in your server. IIS collides with the Verba web application when both tries to use the same HTTP/HTTPS port.
Since the Verba installer does not allow installation when ISS is added as a feature in Server Manager, it was probably added back after Verba was installed.
Resolution
Please follow the steps in our knowledbase to remove ISS from your Verba server.
