Follow the troubleshooting steps below if you encounter one of the following situations:
- you can not apply your configuration changes using the web interface
- you can not apply your phone extension changes using the web interface
- you can not manage (start/stop/restart) services using the web interface
- you get "Error(s) occured while executing some of the selected tasks(s)"
- you get "Could not connect to Verba Node Manager Agent"
Try the following steps:
- Verify management service - check if the Verba Node Manager Agent service is running on the service you try to manage
- Verify firewalls - check if 4433 TCP is opened on the recording server and accessible from the central server
- Restart management service - try restarting the Verba Node Manager Agent even if it is running
Note! None of the above errors and steps impact your call recording service.
